RACE LOCATION: Lincoln County Fairgrounds, 144 Washington St, Afton WY

Friday, January 15th, 2027

6:30 pm - 9 pm: Registration, check-in, waiver signing

Saturday, January 16th, 2027

8:00 am: Mandatory competitor meeting in front of announcer stand on the track

8:15 am - 9:30 am: Track and course inspection (clear course by 9:30 am)

10:00 am: Flag ceremony, race starts

Novice, Open, Youth division order

6:30 pm: Awards at Colter’s Lodge

Sunday, January 17th, 2027

8:00 am - 9:30 am: Track and course inspection (clear course by 9:30 am)

10:00 am: Flag ceremony, race starts

Novice, Open, Youth division order

Immediately following race end: Awards at Colter’s Lodge
